This policy applies to Snag Doctor head office operations and sets expectations for franchisees delivering repairs under the brand. It covers how we approach waste, materials, travel and continuous improvement in the course of providing hard surface repair and restoration services.

- Support commercial clients who need repair-first options for ESG and procurement reporting
