LESS WASTE. BETTER RESULTS.

FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can’t find your answer? Speak to your local Snag Doctor.
Will I be able to see the repair?
Our technicians match the colour, texture and finish of the surrounding surface, so on most surfaces the repair is very hard to spot. We’ll tell you honestly before we start if a full match isn’t possible.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are finished in a single visit, often within a few hours. Larger jobs or multiple repairs on site may take longer, and we’ll confirm timings in your quote.
Is repairing cheaper than replacing?
In most cases, yes. You avoid the cost of new materials, removal, fitting and extra trades, and there’s no waiting for replacement parts.
What surfaces can you repair?
Worktops, kitchen units, baths, sinks, shower trays, tiles, stone, brickwork, render, window frames, sills, glass, flooring, furniture and more. If it’s a hard surface, send us a photo and we’ll let you know.
Is there anything you can’t repair?
If a surface has failed structurally, for example a worktop that has split right through or a tile that’s come away from the wall, replacement may be the better option. We’ll always tell you if a repair isn’t the right choice.
