What surfaces can you repair?
Kitchen units, worktops and tables, baths and sinks, shower trays, tiles, stone, doors, window frames and sills, brickwork, render and cladding, uPVC, glass (selected regions), flooring, furniture, caravans and canopies, and many other hard surfaces.
Do you repair on site?
Yes. Most repairs are completed in situ in a single visit, avoiding the cost and disruption of rip-out and replacement.
How long does a typical repair take?
Many repairs are completed in under two hours. Complex or multi-item jobs may take longer — your quote will set expectations.
Is repair cheaper than replacement?
Usually, often by a wide margin. Clients commonly see savings of around 50–90% versus sourcing and fitting a replacement, depending on the item and damage.
Do you cover my area?
Use Get a quote with your postcode, or contact us. The UK network covers dozens of territories through local franchise teams.
Is the work guaranteed?
Repairs carry a workmanship warranty. Terms can vary by job type — ask your technician or contact the local office for details that apply to your repair.
What if I am not happy with the finish?
Contact the team that completed the work promptly. We take finish quality seriously and will arrange to review and put it right where needed.
Can you support multi-site contracts?
Yes. National agreements are held centrally and jobs are fed into local territories. One point of contact can schedule technicians across the network.
Which sectors do you work with?
Housebuilders and commercial builders, shop fit-out, trades, facilities and property management, housing associations, hotels, insurers, heritage properties and homeowners. See our sectors hub for detail.
Do you work out of hours?
Site hours are typically daytime Monday–Friday. Out-of-hours or weekend work can be arranged where a client programme needs it — discuss this when you enquire.
How much does a franchise cost?
The franchise fee is £24,950 + VAT. A refundable deposit is taken on acceptance. Funding options are available with a minimum 50% personal contribution. Full detail is on our franchise opportunities pages.
Do I need a trade background?
No. Four weeks of training covers repairs, spraying, colour matching and running the business. Colour vision is required.
